3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is usually 7–14 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs handling, carrier schedules, weather, and other logistics conditions.

Shipping fees are charged based on the delivery region:
- United States: USD $4.99
- Europe: USD $13.00
- Rest of the World: USD $16.00
6. Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping under the following conditions:
- United States: Free shipping on orders of USD $99.00 or more
- Europe: Free shipping on orders of USD $120.00 or more
- Rest of the World: Free shipping is not currently available
7. Delivery Information
The estimated total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time. For example, if an order requires 1–4 business days for processing and 7–14 business days for shipping, the total estimated delivery time will usually be 8–18 business days.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a shipping method does not support delivery to a PO Box, we may contact you to provide an alternative address or arrange order cancellation if necessary.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the tracking email is sent.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue promptly.
Shipping delays may occur due to severe weather, customs processing, public holidays, peak-season logistics volume, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
10. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
We provide worldwide shipping. Orders shipped to addresses within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other destination-related charges imposed by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
