Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Apple Pay. Simply enter your payment details at checkout and your payment will be processed securely.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. If you contact us before your order has been shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Q: Can I change my order after I place it?
A: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We provide worldwide shipping to customers across global regions. For shipping fee and delivery reference, our destinations are grouped into the following areas: United States, Europe, and Rest of the World. Shipping availability for specific destinations will be confirmed at checkout.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Total delivery time is the sum of order processing time and shipping time. Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days, and shipping usually takes 7–14 business days. Therefore, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–18 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping fees are based on the delivery region. For the United States, shipping is USD $4.99, with free shipping on orders of USD $99.00 or more. For Europe, shipping is USD $13.00, with free shipping on orders of USD $120.00 or more. For the Rest of the World, shipping is USD $16.00, and free shipping is not currently available.
Q: Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: Orders shipped to addresses within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other destination-related charges imposed by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the tracking email is sent.
Q: What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
A: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and the packaging so we can review the issue promptly.
Q: Can I return my item if I am not satisfied with it?
A: We accept eligible return requests within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with all applicable labels attached. If the return is due to our responsibility, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution. If the return is due to the customer’s responsibility, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Q: How long does it take for a refund to be reflected in my account?
A: Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
